Delivery Time

Please allow 2-4 business days for our warehouse to process your order and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping + delivery. 

*During this time, we are experiencing higher volumes of orders, which has caused delays in our warehouse. We appreciate your patience & support! 

Keep in mind, processing time is not included in the shipping time expectations. If you choose expedited shipping, the shipping will start once the warehouse has finished processing your order, and it has made it to the carrier's trucks. 

RETURN POLICY

 *Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or final sale items. 

Refund: Once your return package is verified by UPS, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return. Please note that the $7.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit: We will exchange your item for store credit. Once your return package is verified by UPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours. 

Exchanges: We will exchange your item, only for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above.
